Phoenix Metro RV Park offers competitive Phoenix RV park prices for our guests.
Daily – $63
Includes tax, water, sewer and electric
Weekly – $348.88
Includes tax, water, sewer and electric
Monthly – $825
with a $150.00 deposit ( $75.00 is towards electric deposit) the rest is refundable.
Dogs – $1 per day, per dog | $15 per month, per dog
Maximum of 2 dogs and they must be under 30 pounds
Annual – $4,800
Plus tax; electric is in resident’s name; $350 refundable deposit. deposit rate on annual is $350.00 for a RV and $800.00 for a park model
Storage – $118
Per month for each RV, $75 refundable key/code
Annual Resident Storage – $53
Refundable cleaning deposit of $30 for all storage.
- All rates are based on double occupancy. $5.00 guest fee applies for each additional persons.
- We are an age 55+ park. One resident in the household must be 55 years of age with the additional resident being 50 or older.
- Annual rents are payable in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 consecutive equal monthly payments.

310 back-in sites (no pull-thrus)
Additional persons are $5.00 per night (14 night maximum in 30 day period)
Pets are $1.00 per night per pet or $15.00 per month per pet
No tents, tent trailers, pop-ups.
40′ Limit
RVs & Park Models must be 2005 or newer
Allow 2 pets (no dogs over 30 lbs., no vicious breeds)
Age Restrictions – Phoenix Metro is a 55+ Community, our secondary age is 50+. We require at least one tenant on each space to be 55. Anyone else residing on the space must be at least 50.
All rates are based on double occupancy. Modest guest fees apply for additional person.
Yearly rents are payable in 1-8 consecutive payments.
An application is required for monthly and annual sites.

WE ACCEPT: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash and Checks also accepted.

Cancellation Fees
More than 30 days before arrival date $63.00 charge.
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival date $150.00 charge.
0-14 days before arrival NO REFUND.
